CHAIR YOGA
A gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance. This makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated.
This allows those with mobility or balance issues to exercise and alleviates pressure from the lower body for those who are in pain. Chair yoga is great for any age and can support with recovery from injury and the transition back into full exercise classes. Itβs about building confidence!
