No, you can use the facilities on a pay-as-you-go basis. Book a class or use the gym for £6.50 (adults), £4.50 (Over 50s), or £5.00 (Teens). Book classes 24 hours in advance online or over the phone on 01934 886111.

You must be at least 14 years old to use the gym and attend classes.

Teens can use the gym Monday to Thursday from 6am-6pm and Friday from 6am-9 pm. On weekends, you can use it during our regular opening hours, with the last gym entry being one hour before closing.

No, unless you are with a member who can show you the ropes. Inductions for day passes or advanced gym users take no longer than 15 minutes. Full member inductions can take up to 45 minutes.

Sign ups and inductions are separate unless we happen to have fitness staff available when you're doing your sign up. We will always book you in for your induction as soon as we have availability so you can crack on!

Yes, non-members are welcome to use The Lounge. However, members receive a special discounted rate!

No, parking is free! When you enter the centre, add your registration to the tablet on reception. Members must provide their registration when they join, and we'll send it to Smart Parking to retain on the system and enable you to use the centre without entering your details repeatedly.

Yes, we have changing rooms and shower facilities with lockers. You can use a £1.00 coin or trolley token to lock the lockers. We also have baby change and disabled changing areas, including hoists, next to reception.
