SPORTS THERAPY & REHABILITATION CLINIC

Are you in pain that:

  • Has lasted longer than a few months?

  • You’ve seen other professionals for, but only found temporary relief?

Anna is one of our long-time class instructors and personal trainers, and we have recently added a cabin to the back of the centre where she can provide a huge range of services on-site.

THE UK'S FIRST A R M PROVIDER

THE UK'S FIRST A R M PROVIDER

She is the UK’s first A R M provider so we’re honoured that she has chosen @Worle as her base.

What is A R M? Adhesion Release Method.

A revolutionary soft tissue treatment system designed to accurately identify the source of chronic pain or injury and then effectively treat it. Traiditonal medical massage hasn’t evolved in decades, which is why Anna is introducing a new treatment to help people suffering from chronic pain.

Anna has also provided us with definitions of her other key roles here at the centre:

Sports Therapist - An individual who does precision guess-work based on unreliable data provided by those of questionable knowledge. See also: Wizard, Magician.

Personal Trainer - A multitasking, dedicated ninja who unlocks hidden potential to maximize a client’s performance through sweat, tears & hard work. See also: Superhero, legend.
