Power body blast is a workout that engages all major muscle groups in a single session.


It combines strength, cardio, core work and some flexibility. The goal is to burn fat, build strength, and improve overall fitness.


Full body exercises are used to engage many muscles in one exercise, raising heart rate and building muscle, working to your own level but aiming for muscular overload.

All set to good tunes and delivered with a smile!
